In over ten thousand hours of workshop facilitation, Ian has worked in areas as diverse as the Arts, Finance, Tech, Manufacturing, Telecommunication, Health Care, Academia, and Government. Ian’s years in the improv community, with companies like The Second City, Bad Dog Theatre, and TheatreSports Toronto, make these workshops highly fun, interactive and immersive, whether they’re in person or virtual. Participants don’t just learn the lessons, they experience them. By focusing on the specific needs of the client and combining both pedagogical and andrological practices, Ian will create a unique workshop for you and your organization, guaranteed to add value long after the workshop is done. He can create everything from a one-hour quick learning session to half-day or full-day events, to overseeing weekend retreats and intensives.

Coaching and Consulting
Ian will adjust each session to meet the needs of his client, whether they want to be challenged or comforted, bring added value beyond the scope of the agreement to help them feel it in their bones.
Ian has coached for a wide-range of speaking skills, from absolute beginner to executive level. He’s helped his clients prepare for everything from weddings and weekly meetings to PHD dissertations and pitch sessions, from hosting NBMs to keynote speeches. Clients Ian has coached have gone on to do TedX talks, won pitch contests and secured multi-million dollar RFP’s.
Whether it’s for on stage, in the studio, or in front of the camera at home, Ian can offer both group and individual coaching, with a focus on content creation, presentation skills, or both. Single one hour sessions or package rates available upon request.
